I'm a climate-tech founder turned coach — and I built this because I've been in the arena. I co-founded Nori, the world's first carbon-removal marketplace, raised $18M, built a team of 30, and spent seven years trying to build something the world had never seen before.
It was one of the hardest and most meaningful things I've ever done.
And along the way, I talked to hundreds of founders — mostly men, in that world — and I kept thinking: where is this for women? Where is the space that meets her where she actually is — not with hustle culture, not with manifestation rhetoric — but with real structure, real encouragement, and a community that gets it? That's why I built this.
